2. My time is mostly spent reading, working with livestock, and spending time with my youth group. I have always loved reading and I continue to read for pleasure along the side of my academic reading. My major will be either English or Education, so using words to describe feelings, thoughts, situations, etc. have always fascinated me. Another passion of mine includes large animal husbandry. I have three horses and nine cows that I spend time with on a daily basis taking care of. I have been riding horses for almost twelve years now and it is still as much of a passion of mine as it was when I first started. Last, and in my opinion the most important is my youth group and continuing to grow in my faith.
3. My intended area of study is either English or Education. I haven't quite decided which I would like to major in yet.
4. I don't know that there was a pivotal moment that set me on the path of majoring in Education or English. I know that I love writing and editing papers. I will probably go into Education because I have been the head of many clubs where I have tutored and mentored children. My job right now is also giving lessons to children and adults on horsemanship.

What about being home schooled has made you have a unique point of view or approach to education? Interesting variety of things you are doing. ;o)
