Capstone Documentary

If I were to do a documentary for my capstone project, it's purpose would be to raise awareness of the unprepared teachers that are being hired to teach early elementary aged children. The point of view would be from the perspective of the teachers, since they were the ones that brought this issue to the attention of childcare professionals. It would be a sequence of clips from teachers and their day to day struggles that they face with difficult children. My point of view that is if awareness is raised, perhaps extra measures would be taken by school boards to help give their educators the edge they need to handle the students that they are given.
